SIGIA-L: List archives

Is it just me, or are the archives for this list incredibly outdated? I
have only been subscribed to this list for about 2 months, and I have
been unable to find anything from these 2 months in the list archives.
Since I am on several discussion lists that generate quite a bit of
mail, I don't always read all of the digest, and rely on list archives
to get me the specific, relevant information I need. Unfortunately,
this has been impossible for this list, and I found that searching my
trash in Netscape mail to be much more efficient and finding information
for me.
I also have another suggestion: it would be incredibly helpful to have a
list of subject lines for all of the messages in a given digest. This
way, it is easier to skim for relevant posts. Any thoughts on this? Or
am I the only person out there that doesn't read every single message
from this list?
Just my thoughts...
