Here's a heads up on a position being advertised... doesn't look like
they're asking too much of the candidates ... well, at least they don't
ask for photoshop wizardry :-/

In order to be considered for this role, you must have several years'
experience with large e-commerce, m-commerce or broadband projects. You
should also:

* Be degree qualified, with a post-graduate degree in HCI, usability,
cognitive psychology or equivalent experience;

* Have a minimum 5 years relevant industry experience;

* 3 years experience in GUI design, usability testing and information
architecture;

* Be familiar with application servers, CMS, e-commerce packages and
other technologies that support e-business

* Knowledge of multiple technologies - eg HTML, Javascript, Java, Visual
Basic, Flash, Shockwave, etc and cross-browser compatibility;

* Some copywriting and proofreading skills

You will possess strong analytical, organisational and logical skills,
and be able to view things with empathy, from a user's perspective. You
will also have good business sense and think strategically, and thrive in
a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
