You are reminded to participate in Outsell's (

Management Benchmark Study, which tracks the trends of your profession.

This survey will engage managers and directors in the following areas:

- Library and information management

- Vendor portfolio management

- Knowledge management

- Records management

- Competitive intelligence

Participants from corporate, non-profit, government, education, healthcare
and public libraries are invited to participate. Key benchmark questions
will be covered in the following areas:

Organization, Reporting; Budgets; Staffing; Users; Services; Vendor
Portfolio Management; Strategic Management and Metrics.

Those who complete the survey will be entered in a drawing for the
following prizes: one of two Apple iPads and 25 Amazon gift certificates
valued at $25 US dollars each. Top-line results will also be available
about two months after the survey closes. Your participation will help the
information management community to manage future challenges.

Please take the survey today. Your answers will remain confidential and
will be aggregated with others. We ask that only one person from each
organization answer the survey to avoid duplicate responses from the same
organization.
